Territory Protection Service
Please read all of the below terms and conditions prior to subscribing to services. Please email your Clever Fox Online project manager or give us a call at 1-800-597-1817 if you have any questions.
While some contractors/companies may not mind if we work with others within their service area, some contractors prefer for us to only work with them in their given service area. Territory Protection Service (TPS) is a NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT between Clever Fox Online and the subscribed contrator/company that restricts us from working with contractors/companies that offer same services within protected service area.
Territory Protection Service ensures that Clever Fox Online will only work with you in your protected counties. We will politely decline to work with any other contractors/companies in your county that provide your same services. This means that you will have exclusive service from Clever Fox Online and our local marketing strategies within your protected service area. Clever Fox Online will not provide any digital marketing services, including website design, website development, or SEO services, to any other provider within your protected service area.
If you are subscribed to any of our top-tier plans (Ultimate Web Development Plan or Rocket SEO Booster Plan), you already have ONE county included for Territory Protection. But you also have the option to add Territory Protection to additional counties.
If you are in any other of our plans, you would need to first upgrade to a top-tier plan in order to secure counties under the Territory Protection Service.
The cost is $600 per month per county you would like to protect.
We use county lines as definitive markers for territories. If you have subscribed to territory protection, it only includes the county that you have subscribed for. Counties that are bordering your territory will not be included.
It is preferable, but you can select which counties are important to you and only subscribe to TPS for those counties.
Yes. You can request TPS at any time. Just keep in mind that we may be contracted by other providers at any time as well. So, it is recommended that you contact us before subscribing to territory protection in order to be certain that we are not already working with another provider in your desired territory. Clever Fox Online is not under any obligation to disclose prospective providers within your territory unless you are a current subscriber of our Territory Protection Service.
Cancelation of Territory Protection Service can only be requested after a minimum 12-month term. This protects Clever Fox Online from providers that may purchase the service for a month just to block a competitor.
Our goal is to always offer fair pricing. Our plans are priced specifically for the services that we offer within those plans. The plans do not include our compensation for working with other potential clients in your area. The additional charge for Territory Protection allows us to keep our pricing competitive, offer our clients a choice, and provide fair compensation to our team, who work hard for every client.
Territory Protection Service begins the first day you make your payment on the Territory Protection agreement and will end upon termination of your service, including failure to make payment, voluntary cancelation of services, completion of service term, and/or non-renewal of services. The minimum term for Territory Protection Service is 12 months, after which you will be given the option to renew.
You must complete the form below along with the corresponding payment.

If you opt to maintain your own website, we offer a migration service to move your website and make the transition smooth.
Migration service is dependent upon a compatible hosting server (the server must support Wordpress). This service will be provided for a one-time fee of $300.
All packages require a 12-month minimum service agreement. This covers the cost of the website development and related services included. After the initial 12-month term, you will be presented the option to renew at your guaranteed locked-in rate, switch to a different maintenance plan, or select to manage the website yourself.
